With the Liberty Mutual Mobile App, you can also file new claims and track your existing claims at any time. When submitting a new claim, the app prompts you to document information to facilitate the claim. You'll be able to:

• Map your location using GPS
• Take pictures of damage or record a voice note to help you remember key details
• Exchange contact and insurance information
• Search for auto repair shops and schedule an inspection

Once you've submitted a claim, you can sign up for text message alerts to keep you updated on the status of your claim¹. You can also connect directly to a dedicated claims representative, access 24-hour roadside assistance, or request a callback from our claims team straight from the app.
